Resumé/Bio

Richard Berman has been a licensed NH Realtor since 1965 and a licensed NH Auctioneer since 1998. He is a member of the National Association of auctioneers, NH Association of Auctioneers, National Association of Realtors, Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors and  NNEREN, the Northern New England Real Estate Network.

 Berman is the owner of the Richard Berman School of Auctioning for Real Estate and a certified instructor for Continuing Education credits by the NH Real Estate Commission. He has been a featured speaker at the National Association of Auctioneers International convention and at numerous Realtor meetings. Berman is an advanced speaker with Toastmasters International. 

 Berman has conducted Real Estate, Charity/Benefit and personal property auctions in NH, MA, and IN. 

Presently Berman is a second term member of the NH Board of Auctioneers.
