Auction Marketing Group (AMG), established in 1988, is a full service real estate auction firm serving the Northeast. AMG executes powerful marketing strategies for "Owner's Auctions" on Real Estate of all types including luxury homes, resort properties, subdivisons, commercial property, condominiums, industrial and all residential properties. AMG enjoys a reputation of excellence and suberb results in the banking, legal, benefit and real estate communities.

AMG also provides auction and consulting services to charitable and benefit organizations throughout New England.  AMG has provided consulting & auctioneering services for many types of benefit auctions from the small public school fund-raisers to the large national organizations annual Gala events. 

Mr. Schaetzke, President of AMG and leader in the auction industry, has served as a Director, Treasurer and two term Past President of the Massachusetts Auctioneers Association. Mr. Schaetzke, as an active member of the National Auctioneers Association, earned his Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) designation in 2000 and his Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation in 2002. As a Certified Massachusetts Real Estate Instructor and auction expert, Mr. Schaetzke teaches at the Yankee School of Auctioneering in NH and Realtor® Continuing Education Classes. Mr. Schaetzke holds auctioneer's licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont.
